As many of you have noticed in the news, the old, commonly accepted “wisdom” that low fat diets are healthy and that grains and starches are essential is taking a long overdue hit. The reality that we have been told the wrong way to eat is slowly sinking in. I offer you an alternative that works, based on eating plenty of food and feeling satisfied, exercising intelligently but not frantically, and with frequent visits to support you in eating a different way. You won’t be hungry, but you will lose weight faster than you could imagine.
Why change what you’re eating? I’ve been very concerned for the quality of life of my patients. I’m worried that they haven’t learned the correct way to eat and take care of themselves. I am partially responsible as I haven’t sent a clear message about what way of eating I recommend. I am making it my mission to help people transform their lives and health through diet.
